In this building, architecture, sculpture and landscaping are unified into a whole. Through this it has received its own "tone" which, together with the people, their activities and the environment, produces a "melody".

The two wings of the high-rise building appear as though they are embracing the central hall. One is being received as if met by a human being. In the hall the spatial quality of the building comes to its strongest expression. The light flooded atrium with the central stair well connects all floors with each other. One’s attention is thereby directed upward, following the stairs which appear to lead all the way up to the heavens. In an almost endless spiral they are winding upwards through sixteen levels, gradually changing in colour, until they finally end in the light.
